A laminator is widely used in industrial production. Its core function is to precisely press multiple layers of materials together to form an integrated composite structure with customized performance. The operating principle of laminators relies on controlled pressure and temperature. By fine-tuning these two core parameters, multi-layer materials are tightly bonded under compression. Meanwhile, heat triggers physical or chemical reactions between material layers to achieve strong interlayer adhesion. For instance, in printed circuit board fabrication, laminators press copper foil, substrates and other layered materials into a unified whole, guaranteeing the electrical performance and mechanical stability of circuits. In the photovoltaic industry, laminators encapsulate solar cells and packaging materials into complete photovoltaic modules, boosting photoelectric conversion efficiency and extending service life.
